RESOURCES AVAILABLE

We have a number of exciting resources available in both English and Spanish with dynamic ways to teach the Bible to children and youth. They are designed to help the teacher develop appealing and vibrant lessons to reach and teach children the Gospel, and can be easily used in almost any setting or country, as they only require a minimum of materials (colored markers, paper or poster board etc) and articles readily found in the home. They are especially useful on the mission field and would be a very welcome gift for missionaries or to take on a mission trip to give to local churches abroad.

TEACHING BOOKS

Book One -  Teaching Children of the 4-14 Window

 

This is available in both Spanish and English, and contains curriculum consisting of several series of complete Bible lessons for use in church, home or club. Each lesson uses different innovative teaching methods, such as drama, object lesson, puzzle page and game, yet only requires items readily available in the home.

 

Book 2 -  Reaching Children of the 4-14-Window

 

This is only available at present in Spanish, and contains a variety of exciting outreach ideas. It includes teaching for a complete Vacation Bible School for two age groups, with craft ideas and closing program; dramas, puzzle pages, teachings and games for various outreach activities.

GAMES

Game 1 - Bible Bingo

This game is available in both English and Spanish and has different picture cards for up to 20 children to play. The game lasts about 30 minutes, during which time the children learn about some 30 Bible men and women of faith.

 

Game 2 - Christian Fishin'

This picture game is also available with instructions in both English and Spanish and can easily be played anywhere with a group of children of any age from 4 years and up. It tells 15 Bible stories during the playing of the game.

 

OTHER RESOURCES AVAILABLE

English

In English we have a handbook with ideas for dynamic games and activities - "Teaching your children the Bible through games." We have also recently developed the teachings for a complete children's ministry seminar in the form of a correspondence course, available worldwide via e-mail.

 

Spanish

In Spanish we have available a teaching manual to train children's workers; a  Vacation Bible School to teach about getting involved in world missions; and a booklet of dynamic activities for youth, to teach on missions.
